4.No Cheating or Exploits
Sharing, promoting, or discussing cheats, hacks, or exploits is strictly forbidden.,

5.Advertising and Self-Promotion
Self-promotion is allowed only with prior staff approval.,
No spamming referral links, advertisements, or unrelated content.,

6.In-Game Conduct
Account selling, trading, or sharing is not allowed.,
Respect in-game rules and other players’ experiences.,

7.Reporting Issues
Use the designated support channels for questions, reports, or bug submissions.,
Provide clear and detailed information to help staff assist you efficiently.,

8.Staff Authority
Follow the directions of staff members and supporters.,
If you have concerns, raise them respectfully through appropriate channels.,

9.Privacy and Safety
Never share personal, private, or sensitive information.,
Doxxing or attempting to obtain others’ private information is strictly prohibited.,

Terms of Service Agreement (ToS) – Arcanis2
This document outlines the Terms of Service agreement ("Agreement") for accessing and using Arcanis2 and its related services. This is a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and ARCANIS NETWORKS, the owner and operator of Arcanis2.

1. Legal Agreement
By accessing or using Arcanis2 and its services, you accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately. ARCANIS NETWORKS may revise these terms at any time, with or without prior notice. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the latest version of the Agreement.

2. Account Creation
To use Arcanis2, you must create an account by providing accurate and truthful information. If you are under the legal age, a parent or legal guardian must complete the registration on your behalf and accept full responsibility for your activities. ARCANIS NETWORKS reserves the right to refuse offensive or inappropriate usernames and may suspend or ban accounts that violate our policies.

3. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Sharing, trading, or selling accounts is strictly prohibited. ARCANIS NETWORKS will never request your password. If you suspect your account has been compromised, report it immediately through our support system.

4. Rules of Conduct
All users must behave respectfully and in accordance with the law. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

Harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior

Impersonation of staff or affiliates

Use of offensive or explicit language

Exploiting bugs or third-party software (cheats/bots)

Advertising or promoting external content

Distributing or encouraging illegal content or actions

Engaging in real-money trading of in-game assets

ARCANIS NETWORKS reserves the right to monitor user behavior and take disciplinary actions, including account suspension or termination, at its sole discretion.

5. Disciplinary Actions
Users violating this Agreement may receive warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans. Actions taken by ARCANIS NETWORKS are final. If you believe your account was sanctioned unfairly, you may file a support ticket for review.

6. Account Termination
Users may terminate their accounts by submitting a request through support. Inactivity exceeding three months may result in automatic account deletion. Terminated or deleted accounts forfeit all in-game progress and assets without refund.

7. Ownership of Content
All game content, accounts, and virtual assets remain the property of ARCANIS NETWORKS. You acknowledge that:

You do not own in-game items or currency.

ARCANIS NETWORKS may modify or remove any asset at any time.

No compensation is provided for such changes.

8. In-Game Shop and Payments
Purchases in the Arcanis2 Shop are final and non-refundable. Users must top-up their balance using our approved payment gateways. Failed transactions or undelivered items must be reported within 7 days of the purchase.

9. Refund Policy
All digital purchases are final. Refunds are issued only in exceptional cases at the discretion of ARCANIS NETWORKS. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

10. User Submissions
Any user-created content (names, icons, chat, feedback, etc.) becomes property of ARCANIS NETWORKS upon submission. We reserve the right to use, alter, or remove such content.

11. Payment Gateways
All payment systems used are third-party services. Users are responsible for understanding their terms. Reversed or fraudulent transactions may result in account suspension or termination.

12. System Requirements
Users are responsible for ensuring that their devices meet the technical requirements to play Arcanis2. ARCANIS NETWORKS is not liable for incompatibility or internet issues on the user's side.

13. Server Outages
Server maintenance and unexpected downtime may occur. We strive to minimize disruptions, but we are not liable for any losses resulting from server unavailability.

14. Third-Party Links
Links to external websites are not controlled or endorsed by ARCANIS NETWORKS. We are not responsible for third-party content or policies.

15. Limitation of Liability
ARCANIS NETWORKS is not liable for damages resulting from:

Use or inability to use the game

Data loss, account issues, or service interruption

Any other cause beyond our control

16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ARCANIS NETWORKS from any claims or damages arising from your violation of this Agreement.

17. Changes to the Service
We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any part of Arcanis2 at any time. Material changes will be communicated in advance when possible.

18. Legal Disclosures
We may disclose user data to law enforcement if legally required. If any part of this Agreement is found invalid, the remainder will continue in effect. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

19. Additional Terms
No purchase is necessary to enjoy Arcanis2. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

Refund Policy

At ARCANIS NETWORKS, we offer digital, non-tangible goods in the form of Dragon Coins, which are delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to the nature of these items, all purchases made through the Arcanis2 shop are final and non-refundable.

By completing a transaction in our shop, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

We strongly recommend that all users:
• Carefully review the product descriptions.
• Ensure they fully understand the virtual nature and intended use of the item(s) before proceeding with payment.

Once a purchase is confirmed and the Dragon Coins are credited to your account, the transaction cannot be reversed, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Arcanis2 it's a newschool server with level maximum of 120

The maximum level on Arcanis2 is 120, providing extended gameplay content.

Experience: 50x, Yang: 100x, Drop: 30x, Gold: 50x

You can upgrade weapons using upgrade materials at the blacksmith NPC in each town.
